Virtual Therapy for Women, Young Adults, and Teens in North Carolina
Katelyn Millinor, LCMHC
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
No pressure. No fluff. Just real talk, clear strategies, and a therapist who gets it.
Maybe you’ve been holding it together for a long time — pushing through anxiety, overthinking, or emotional exhaustion because that’s what you’ve always done. Maybe you’re the one who shows up for everyone else, even when you’re quietly struggling inside.
You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own.
I provide virtual therapy for women, young adults, and teens across North Carolina who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. Therapy is a space where you get to slow down, feel understood, and begin finding steadier ground.
Who I Help
I work primarily with women, young adults, and teens who feel worn down by anxiety, stress, or constant overthinking. Many of the people I see are thoughtful, capable, and caring … they just feel emotionally exhausted, unsure how to quiet their mind, or overwhelmed by the weight of everything they’re carrying.
You might be experiencing:
• Racing thoughts or chronic worry
• Feeling on edge or emotionally drained
• Anxiety around relationships, school, work, or life changes
• Difficulty sleeping, relaxing, or being present
• Feeling lost or unsettled in a new season of life
I also work with adult men who are seeking support for anxiety and life stress.
What Therapy With Me Is Like
Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and paced with care. We’ll take time to understand what’s really happening beneath the anxiety rather than rushing to “fix” it. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to be honest, curious about your experience, and more connected to yourself. I don’t shy away from difficult conversations.
Together, we’ll explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you think, feel, and respond to the world. We’ll also build practical tools to help you manage anxiety, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded in everyday life. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting; we’ll work through it together.
